We have used Closet Works Inc for 2 projects now and we love them! Our designer Terry was great at helping me think through the areas and how to best utilize the space. She priced me patiently and in a timely manner as I went through the many options they had to offer. The quality of the product is amazing and has held up to our toddler. Even months after installation, when we had a small problem with a drawer, they came back and fixed it for free with no fuss. I can’t recommend Closet Works Inc enough, I’m already thinking of my next project with them!
Great company to deal with. The price was better than the competition as was their delivery and installation time. The representative, Susan Fuller, was very pleasant, prompt with the review, efficient with the design and kept in contact with us throughout the process, even on weekends. Their design center is great to see their products. The cabinets that were installed looked great and gave us more space for our storage than we first expected.
We had a large master bedroom closet redesigned by Closet Works and the results are stunning! Very happy with the results- the sales/design team had creative ideas that maximized the space and fit our aesthetic. Steve was great to work with and very flexible and responsive when we had a flood the night before our installation was scheduled. A friend of ours referred us to Closet Works after several companies gave us estimates. A competitor spent several (painful) hours at our home and their original closing price was higher than their “discount” from Closet Works. The design process with Closet Works was quick and easy with experienced people who did exactly that work. We were able to get updated finishes at an affordable cost. Couldn’t be happier!
